*******************INDEPENDENCE DAY******************

Remember what I asked when I wished you a Happy Fourth? the question about Sage? Well the answer is of course...YES. Of course I would have her dressed accordingly. And of course I would also dress my other children accordingly. The Fourth of July is another great day to show how proud I am to be an American.I also attempted to get another picture of all four of my kids. I will never learn. But it didn't turn out too badly if I do say so myself. Also--Sage had another first besides her first 4th...check out her toes...
Yep-I held her hostage and painted them. AND IT WAS WORTH IT. SHE LOOKED ADORABLE!
First we went out to a friend's and the kids got to ride a four-wheeler and had so much fun!
And another first for Sage. No---she didn't really ride. I just wanted the photo-opp. And then we headed to my best friend's parent's house. We saw this on the way there...

Pretty cool huh?
Here is my best friend, Katie. Don't know what I would do with out her.
We hung out and ate and talked and ate and laughed and ate...get the picture? I think I gained about 5 pounds in just this one evening. So worth it. The food was fantastic! After that we headed out to the golf course to sit and watch the beautiful fireworks display.
Connor was...terrified again of the fireworks. The girls loved it. We all had a great time! So I hope your 4th was full of memories...new and old. Remembering those that gave us the 4th...and everyday of Independence that we get because of them from long ago and those today that keep the freedom going.
