more memories...

i have a few pics i thought i would share with you. they are all from Christmas. i couldnt wait for Christmas to be over but now that it is...i am still happy! my kiddos are loving the toys they did get. This was the first year we didn't go overboard on spending. who has the money anyways? But we (meaning me) put a lot of time and thought into what we did get the kids. And it paid off. they are truly enjoying what they did get. it's just a nice feeling.

what was your Christmas like? mine was...full of memories. the picture i will post may be a little blurry...that's how things really are! the kids move so quickly...time goes so quickly...i can't believe that my sweetie's first Christmas has come and gone. my oldest is turning 7 in three short weeks. and my little devil child is turning 5 and will be unleashed onto the kindergarten scene in the fall...my little pain...i mean man...is completely boy!!! he makes me crazy so apparently men really do start out that like that in some cases.



Anyways~ i hope all had a very Merry Christmas. i will post more of my memories as soon as i can keep my eyes open longer...

Ummm--not sure where to start

Okay- So I have been blog-stalking some of my friends now and decided to take the plunge and create one of my own. I do think this will be some form of therapy for me and for others maybe a few laughs...we'll see how well I can keep up.
So onto the first post...

As we get closer and closer to Christmas (I mean it is only 2 days away) I find myself actually looking forward to it. Not that I dislike Christmas but it is not my favorite holiday. But my kids couldn't get any more excited as each day passes. If they weren't all sick with colds, i'm sure it would be worse. I mean they are on cold medicine (thank goodness for that). They have only opened 2 presents that they weren't supposed to. And Stormy peeked into my closet which had been strictly forbidden and then asked if she was getting a tea set...ah well...such is my life.
