Good morning birthday girl...hmmm....what did you do to your pajama? Seriously Darling girl...how did you do that?

Since it is your birthday...how about a very unhealthy but delicious donut?

Yeah...I didn't think you would mind beautiful girl.

And of course donuts make a sticky mess (when you are one and eating them for the first time) so next up...a birthday bath...

This was of course followed by our normal crazy day. With the photo shoot of her in the middle. I don't think Sage realized that even though it was her birthday, it was really my day. My day to remember when she was born. Take pictures of her looking all pretty. But let me tell you...she didn't fully cooperate in the picture taking. I (of course) got a lot of cute shots but...I had to work really hard to get them!

Then, like we do for any person in our family, we went to dinner. Where to go on my baby girl's first birthday? My favorite restaurant of course. My twin stopped and grabbed cupcakes for me (I was running late...of course) to help celebrate the day. Because really, it just isn't a normal first birthday with no cake...

Me and the most beautiful baby Sage ever...

She wasn't too sure of everyone singing to her. Or the flame. She did however like what came up next...

That would be the eating of the cake...
