Despite a near drowning of my son. I'm only half joking. He did slip off of the ladder without a life jacket on. And Paul did see him...after a second or two. He did throw his phone down to get him. And a nice lady dove in to get him as well. Paul already had him before she got there. She used to be a lifeguard. Connor was flapping his arms and spinning in circles. He was fine. After getting out he told Paul, "I wanna go hooommmeee. I don't wanna get in the pooooooool!!!"
Guess who played peek-a-boo instead of swimming?
This is how Stormy could be seen after getting out of the pool. She was really cold.
But who had the goosebumps? Let me re=phrase. Who had the goosebumps that I took a picture of?
That would be:
Yep. Shayne did. Did I mention that the water in our neighborhood pool is always cold? Even in August. Seriously. C-O-L-D. My kids don't seem to notice at first but sooner rather than later, they are all shivering and ready to go home. It makes packing up and leaving easy so I won't complain. And they do love to swim...except Sage. And Connor if he isn't wearing his life jacket. Sigh.

Thank God he is ok. Probably traumatized for life!!
