So Sunday was Connor's birthday party with friends and family. I made a couple of cakes for the occasion. We also borrowed our neighbor's inflatable water slide and my best friend's sister-in-law's slide as well. We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs (even though it took forever!!). It was a beautiful day out. We are very lucky to have so many great friends that love celebrating our kid's birthday. I am only going to post a few pictures...
Yes-those were the two cakes I made for the big day. Connor was super excited. Guess which cake he wanted?....IT WASN'T THE BATMAN ONE!! Nope-he wanted the Joker one. Go figure.
A H-U-G-E thank you to everyone for making this a great birthday for my son. I can't believe he is really 4. He loved all of his presents. He ripped into them during nap on Monday...you know, when he was supposed to be sleeping. Oh well though. He's only 4 for a short period right?
